Drum and Bass (/ drʌm ənd beɪs /) (also written as "Drum 'n' Bass" and commonly abbreviated as "D & B", "DnB" or "D'n'B") is a genre of music electronics that emerged from oldschool rave and jungle scenes in England during the 1990s [3] the style is often characterized by fast breakbeats (typically between 150-180 beats per minute [4]) with basslines heavy and sub-bass, [5] sampled sources and synthesizers.
